Meet Norbert

Hi, I'm Norbert. I'm a UK-qualified personal trainer and mobility coach based in Camden, London and I've spent the last 10 years helping people move better — from professional athletes to people in their 80s rebuilding strength after surgery.

​I grew up active and have always been drawn to movement — hiking, motorcycle riding, grappling and close to a decade of serious lifting. After a motorcycle accident some years ago, I spent a long time rebuilding and along the way I realised my personal training background could only take me so far. That’s what led me deeper into the work I do today and to the certifications I hold.

My approach is built on the Functional Range Systems® methodology — the same system used by elite athletes and clinicians worldwide to assess and develop joint health, mobility and strength. But the methodology is just the tool. The real work is understanding your body, your goals and what's actually getting in the way.

I believe most people don't need to train harder — they need to train more honestly. That means assessing where you're actually weak or restricted, not where you assume you are, and building from there. Slowly. Sustainably. In a way that lasts.
